Returns
We only accept returns if:
• You received the wrong item, or
• The item is defective or damaged
To be eligible for a return:
• You must contact us within 3 days of delivery
• The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging
• Requests made after 3 days will not be accepted
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges if you received the incorrect size (e.g. ordered a Small and received a Medium).
To be eligible:
• The item must be unworn and in original condition
• The issue must be reported within 3 days of delivery
We do not offer exchanges for customer sizing mistakes. Please refer to our size guide before ordering.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued if:
• You received the wrong item
• The item arrived defective or damaged
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for it to reflect.
We do not offer refunds for:
• Change of mind
• Customer sizing mistakes
• Requests made after the 3-day window
Shipping Issues
Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for courier delays or issues. If your parcel is lost in transit, contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
