Shipping Policy + FAQ

UK Shipping

We offer free shipping within the UK. Once your order is confirmed, it will be shipped out the same day via Royal Mail Tracked, with delivery expected within 2–4 business days.

 

International Shipping

We ship internationally to the USA, Canada, Japan, Australia and the rest of the world using DPD Tracked International services. Upon confirmation, orders are shipped out the same day, with delivery estimated between 5–10 business days.

Tough Affection is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect information or courier responsibilities/disruptions.

 

Refund & Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns or refunds unless the item is damaged or defective.

If your item arrives faulty or affected, please email/contact us within 48 hours of receiving it, including photo evidence and your order number. We’ll assess and offer a replacement or refund if eligible.

Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition to qualify for a replacement or refund.
